AUDIENCE.
1. INTENDED AUDIENCE
Surf: Ultimate is intended for players aged 13 and older. People under 13 may not create an account, use multiplayer or leaderboards, submit reports, or purchase cosmetics.
2. TEEN PLAYERS
If the law where a player lives requires a parent or legal guardian to approve online services, purchases, or these Terms, that approval is required. Optional cosmetics cost real money and should be purchased only with the account holder's and payment owner's permission.
3. CONTENT
The game contains fast movement, stylized environmental hazards, online display names, and interaction with non-colliding players in Casual Race and Servers. It has no voice chat at launch. Competitive records and public display names may be moderated.
4. UNDER-13 INFORMATION
We do not knowingly operate accounts for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 supplied personal information, email privacy@surfultimate.com with enough information for us to investigate. Do not send unnecessary personal details about the child.
