Ideate LLC operates Surf: Ultimate. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you when you use our website, game, accounts, and related services.

• Gameplay information, such as progress, completion times, settings, equipped cosmetics, and replay data.
• Purchase information, such as products purchased, transaction identifiers, refund status, and billing country. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
• Technical information, such as browser type, device details, approximate location derived from IP address, security events, crash reports, and service logs.
• Messages and information you send when requesting support.

We use information to provide accounts and gameplay, save progress, process purchases and refunds, operate leaderboards and online play, prevent cheating and fraud, secure and troubleshoot the service, respond to support requests, comply with law, and improve Surf: Ultimate.

Surf: Ultimate accounts and online services are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
